These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Douvall’s website (“douvalls.com”) and your relationship with Douvall’s (“Douvall’s”, “we” or “us”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use douvalls.com. By using the douvalls.com website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. All prices are displayed including VAT.

We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith.

All images of products or services on this site are purely for graphical representation only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, we accept no responsibility for inaccurate images of products or images differing from actual products received.

All our prices are in UK pounds.

Availability

All treatments and services are subject to availability. Stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the services are available or as otherwise stated on our website. All offers and promotions are subject to availability.

There will be some times when your access to the douvalls.com website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. If you find a fault, please let us know by contacting customer.services@douvalls.com

Delivery rules and restrictions

Delivery charges are specified in the Shipping Information section of www.douvalls.com. The cost of packing and delivery is shown prior to confirming your Order. The risk in the product shall pass to you on delivery or attempted delivery of the product.

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be delivered at multiple addresses you need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

We are unable to process orders to a PO Box address.

We shall endeavour to dispatch orders received before 3 PM on the same working day, any orders placed after 3 PM we shall endeavour to dispatch on the next working day. We aim to deliver all UK standard delivery orders within 3 to 5 days. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Douvall’s do not accept responsibility if the delivery company fails to notify you of an attempted delivery. In the unlikely event that your order gets delayed or goes missing in the post, refunds or replacements will only be issued after our customer support team have attempted to locate your order with the delivery company we use.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the way your information is collected and used.

This notice applies to all personal information collected or submitted on www.douvalls.com. The personal information collected at registration is:

  • Name
  • Postcode
  • Email address

When you supply any personal information to Douvall’s we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else.

In general, any personal information you provide to Douvall’s will only be used by Douvall’s. It will never be supplied to anyone outside Douvall’s without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it.

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the goods to us.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us; so please do not use the goods or open any sealed packaging. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact customer services by email for more information.

If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. You should return products to the address above.

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original dispatch note and a copy of your email confirmation. You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace where the goods do not arrive with us. The liability in this situation lies with the carrier (i.e. Royal Mail) and any claims for compensation must be raised directly with them. We recommend obtaining a certificate of posting to assist you should your returned goods not arrive with us.

If you do not return the goods within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have rescinded your request to cancel and accepted the goods. You will be charged for your order at the price originally agreed as per our Terms and Conditions.

Warranties and liabilities

We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure the products are of satisfactory quality, comply with the descriptions given and are fit for the purpose for which the products are reasonably intended.

However, the products are provided on an "as is" basis and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that products ordered are suitable for their intended purpose.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the previous two paragraphs:

(a) Our total liability to you or to any third party whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising as a direct consequence of your (or any third party's) use of the products (including, without limitation, loss of business, costs or expenses) will be limited to the price of your order; and

(b) We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, loss of business or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (however caused) which arise out of or in connection with your use of the products.
